Wills and Powers of Attorney

Peace of mind

As circumstances in life change, so should your will

Having a will secures your peace of mind

Wills and Powers of Attorney

A will is a legal document which sets out how you want your assets to be distributed on your death. It gives you the opportunity to provide for your family and friends and also lets you choose an executor who will manage your estate after you die. Certain events such as marriage and divorce may affect or invalidate your will. It may also be necessary to appoint a guardian for your children after their birth.

If you die and you do not have a will, you are said to die intestate and your estate will be distributed according to a formula set out by the law. You will have no control over how your assets are distributed.

Whether you are updating or preparing a Will or Power of Attorney, we can protect you and the people you care about by ensuring your assets are given out according to your wishes.
